What do you think?

We've been learning about inferencing so Thursday, we read the story, I Wanna New Room by Karen Orloff, illustrated by David Catrow. As we read the story, we stopped to infer what we thought was happening in the story.
After reading the story, we went to the computer lab and used the Brain Pop site to delve deeper into inferencing by using the site below. After we finished the video, I had kiddos look at the picture below to infer what they felt was going on and then leave a comment on the blog. Overall, it was a nice tie together of reading strategies and technology standards.

    WOW!!! It sure does look busy in your room. I would infer that everyone is focused on their progress and their academics. I would also infer that your class has both terrific independent learners as well as some wonderful partner learning too! Keep up the great work.
