"B" Day

Today was Bubble Day and although we didn't get to complete all of the activities we had planned for today we had still had a great day! 
The Randy Peterson concert was fantastic. I'm glad that so many of you were able to attend. To those that weren't I taped our portion of the concert and uploaded it to our class Youtube channel. Here's the link if you'd like to take a peek

The kiddos did a fantastic job!! What a great week it has been learning and composing with such a famous children's musician.


We also snuck time in to get outside and blow bubbles which was obviously the other big draw of the day. See below for a quick slideshow of some of our expert bubble blowers.




On Monday we will be finishing the bubble poems that we are writing and then be publishing them with one of 2 websites.... abcya word clouds or Wordle. Stay tuned for the finished products to be displayed on the blog and copies to come home.
